About Seth Lesser – Professional Appointments

Seth Lesser, a respected mass tort and consumer advocate lawyer in New York City, is presently co-chairman of the National Association of Consumers’ Attorneys Board of Directors. He has been admitted to a number of associations, including the Class Action Law Monitor’s Editorial Advisory Board. Seth Lesser was elected into the America Law Institute two years ago. He also chaired the Environmental Litigation Sub-Committee under the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association from 1995 to 2002.

Seth Lesser has been appointed in many New York and American circuit courts. Currently, he is partner at the Klafter Olsen & Lesser, where he has served as representative of several mass torts and class action suits.
